It is almost Easter once again!  We have welcomed Jesus with the waving of palms on Palm Sunday and celebrated in the upper room with Jesus and his disciples in the breaking of the bread and drinking of the cup.  Now we wait.

We wait because we know that this is only part of the story.  On Easter we continue that story as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus once again and shout He is Risen!

This Sunday we will experience three events that assure us the story continues.  First, we will gather early for our sunrise service at 6:30 am, followed by our children’s program at 9:00 am (in the chapel), and our 10:30 am service.  After these times, you are invited to join us in the fellowship hall for brunch!

Our choir will perform the last pieces of their Holy Week cantata, “Come Walk With Me”.  We will join in praise, song, and word to remember the story of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.  It is there where we find our hope once again!

Our Easter celebration won’t be the same without you!  So, invite a friend or stranger to be part of our celebration.  We once again relive the story so that others may become familiar with it too!   Look forward to seeing you!

Peace!

Gary
